EGG AND CUCUMBER SALAD

EGG AND CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

• 2 c. diced and peeled cucumbers
• 1 c. diced celery
• 2 tbsp. cut lettuce
• 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
• Chill all ingredients.

DRESSING:

• 2/3 c. salad dressing
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice or 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. paprika

CUCUMBER SALAD INSTRUCTIONS
First of all blend dressing. And then add eggs and vegetables and toss. Sprinkle with paprika. The cucumber salad with eggs is ready to serve.....nice one !
