EGG AND CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

• 2 c. diced and peeled cucumbers
• 1 c. diced celery
• 2 tbsp. cut lettuce
• 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
• Chill all ingredients.

DRESSING:

• 2/3 c. salad dressing
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice or 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. paprika

CUCUMBER SALAD INSTRUCTIONS
First of all blend dressing. And then add eggs and vegetables and toss. Sprinkle with paprika. The cucumber salad with eggs is ready to serve.....nice one !

Creamy Cucumber Salad Ring
Another nice cucumber salad recipe....creamy ! Nice taste !
Cucumber Salad Ingredients:

• 1 package lime flavored gelatin (Jell-O)
• 3/4 cup hot water
• 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, finely chopped or grated
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onions

Cucumber Salad Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, and salt. Beat with electric hand-held mixer until smooth. Add lemon juice. Chill until partially set, about 30 minutes. Stir in cucumbers and onions. Pour into a 1 quart ring mold and chill until firm. Top with mayonnaise when served......hmmm....great taste...this nice cucumber salad recipe is great for starting appetizers !

Cucumber Salad Recipe Ingredients :

• 2 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced paper thin
• 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Cucumber Salad Recipe Instructions :
First of all combine cucumbers with other ingredients and then chill for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Serves 4 persons !
